Six core promises 999 DS makes to every Pakistani player regarding their personal data. These do not replace the full policy — please read all sections below.

We Never Sell Your Data
999 DS does not sell, rent or trade your personal information to third-party marketers. Ever. Your data is used to operate your account and improve the platform — nothing else.
256-bit SSL Encryption
All data transferred between your device and 999 DS is encrypted using industry-standard 256-bit SSL. Your login credentials, payment details and personal information travel securely at all times.
You Control Your Data
You have the right to access, correct, restrict or request deletion of your personal data. Submit a request to support@999ds.biz and we will respond within 30 days in compliance with applicable data protection standards.
Collect Only What We Need
999 DS operates on a data minimisation principle. We collect only the personal information that is genuinely necessary to operate your account, process transactions and comply with legal obligations. No unnecessary data collection.
Strict Internal Access Controls
Access to player data within 999 DS is restricted on a strict need-to-know basis. Not every employee can see your information — only those whose role specifically requires it, and only within secure, audited systems.
Breach Notification
In the unlikely event of a data security incident that affects your personal information, 999 DS will notify you promptly and provide clear guidance on any steps you should take to protect yourself.
This Privacy Policy applies to all users of 999 DS. By registering or using the 999 DS platform, you confirm that you have read and understood how we handle your personal information. If you have any questions before registering, please contact us at support@999ds.biz. We are happy to clarify anything.

Section 5

Who We Share Your Data With

999 DS does not sell your personal data to any third party. We share your data only in the following circumstances, and only to the extent necessary for the specific purpose:

  • Payment processors: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank partners and Visa/Mastercard networks — to process your deposits and withdrawals. These parties act as independent data controllers for their portion of the transaction and have their own privacy obligations.
  • Identity verification providers: Third-party KYC and AML service providers who assist 999 DS in verifying player identity and monitoring for financial crime risk. All such providers are contractually bound to process data only for the specified verification purpose.
  • Game software providers: The providers of the game titles available on 999 DS may receive limited technical data (such as session identifiers) necessary to operate the game. They do not receive your full identity or payment details.
  • Fraud prevention and security services: Specialist fraud detection platforms that help 999 DS identify and prevent account compromise, payment fraud and coordinated abuse.
  • Legal and regulatory authorities: 999 DS will disclose personal data to law enforcement agencies, regulators or courts when required to do so by a valid legal obligation or lawful request. We will not disclose data beyond what is legally required.
  • Professional advisers: Lawyers, auditors and other professional service providers who are bound by confidentiality obligations and who access data only to the extent necessary for their professional engagement.
We never share your data with third-party advertisers or data brokers. 999 DS does not monetise player data through advertising networks or sell information about your gaming behaviour to any external commercial party.

Data Security

999 DS takes the security of your personal data seriously and has implemented a range of technical and organisational measures to protect it from unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure or destruction. These measures include:

  • Automated threat detection systems that monitor for unusual access patterns, injection attempts and other security events in real time.

Whilst 999 DS takes every reasonable precaution to protect your data, no platform or transmission method over the internet is 100% secure. You also play an important role in data security by keeping your login credentials private and enabling two-factor authentication on your 999 DS account.

In the event of a data breach affecting your personal information, 999 DS will notify you without undue delay, describe what happened, explain what data was affected, and provide clear guidance on any steps you should take to protect yourself.
