These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and 999 DS ("we," "us," "the Platform"). By completing the registration process on 999 DS, making any deposit, claiming any bonus, or participating in any game offered through the platform, you are confirming that you have read these Terms in full and that you accept them unconditionally.

Each individual is permitted to hold one account only on 999 DS. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or using different payment methods — is a breach of these Terms and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held within them.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, current and complete information. Providing false information during registration — including but not limited to your name, date of birth, national ID number or contact details — is grounds for immediate account termination.

You are solely responsible for:

• Keeping your username and password strictly confidential.
• All activity that occurs on your 999 DS account, whether authorised by you or not.
• Notifying 999 DS support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
• Ensuring that your contact details remain accurate and up to date at all times.

999 DS strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account for an additional layer of security. 999 DS will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised account access that resulted from your failure to maintain adequate login security.

All financial transactions on 999 DS are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports the following payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards.

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200.
• Deposits via Easypaisa and JazzCash are processed instantly and credited to your wallet in real time.
• Bank transfers (IBFT) may take up to one business day to reflect depending on your banking provider.
• 999 DS does not charge any platform-level fees on deposits. Your bank or payment provider may apply their own charges, which are not within 999 DS's control.
• Deposits must originate from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawals can only be made to a payment account in the same name as the registered 999 DS account.
• Withdrawals are processed within one hour for standard accounts and within five minutes on average for VIP Diamond tier accounts.
• Withdrawal requests may be held pending identity verification. 999 DS reserves the right to request supporting documentation before releasing funds.
• Any balance that arose from a technical error, bonus exploitation, or in violation of these Terms is not eligible for withdrawal.
• 999 DS reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence procedures to large or unusual withdrawal requests. This may include requesting source-of-funds documentation.

999 DS offers various bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. The full terms of each individual offer are published on the Promotions page at the time the offer is made. The following general rules apply to all bonuses unless otherwise stated:

• Wagering requirements apply to all bonuses. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they must be wagered the specified number of times before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• Bonuses are intended for personal entertainment only. Any attempt to exploit bonus terms through low-risk hedged wagering, use of multiple accounts, or systematic bonus abuse will result in the bonus being voided and the account being reviewed.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, household, IP address and device. Attempting to claim the welcome bonus more than once is a violation of these Terms.

• The account holder has initiated a charge-back on any deposit made to 999 DS.

Where an account is suspended for investigation, 999 DS will aim to complete the review within 14 business days and communicate the outcome to the registered email address. Where an account is terminated for a confirmed breach, the account balance may be forfeited in part or in full, depending on the nature of the breach.

Accessing 999 DS grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the platform for its intended purpose of personal entertainment. This licence does not extend to commercial use, data scraping, or systematic extraction of content.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 999 DS shall not be liable for:
